How to make the Relaxing Ginger Tea

Also known as “the yummy ginger tea in the spa” this tea is especially made
to be enjoyed after a spa treatment to help improve blood circulation

Makes 5 cups

 

Ingredients:

3 knobs of fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
5 cups of mineral water
3 stalks of lemongrass, white inner part only, crush the bulb end of stalks with the blunt edge of your
knife and slice thinly. Leave the top part of stalk to use as a stirrer in your cup 2 limes
Honey to sweeten (optional)

Instructions:

Add water, ginger, and lemongrass to a small pot, and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat off and let steep
for 15-20 minutes. Strain out lemongrass and ginger pieces (you can eat the ginger pieces if you’re up for a
little burn). Add honey to the tea. Put the sliced limed inside. Squeeze the lime for more taste. Stir evenly with the lemongrass stalk
